It is a brand-new property located in Edgbaston district next to the campus and Birmingham and the city centre.

My room was terrific with a view over marina. Had outstanding stay overall, peaceful place and the weather was sunny. The continental breakfast was generous, I enjoyed that it offered plenty of meals.

Amazing service, INFORMATIVE staff. I loved the contemporary room, and the outstanding view. Particularly nice breakfast, with perfect tea, coffee, fruit, cheese and toast.

Memorable stay in a convenient hotel. Warm room and attentive service. Satisfactory breakfast, cool drinks. All in all it's fairly clean place, they have exceptionally comfortable beds. Location is handy, not very far from edgbaston golf club.

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, it was spotless and brilliant! Big beds, climate control and coffee were a nice touch. Substantial breakfast, good food choice.
